KK Times Square Hotel

The place was amazing. It is located directly next to a known shopping mall. It is like a 5 minutes walk from your room to the mall entrance. Lots of restaurant to choose from to grab a bite and plenty of stores to see and shop

Spacious room. Affordable. Really good if you plan to stay and shopping due to IMAGO SHOPPING MALL is infront of the lobby door. Location near center of Kota Kinabalu. Have a lot of food choice surrounding and also shoo to go. Also near gleaneagle hospital. Anything wrong can direct go warded.. toilet clean, staf fast and helpful. Recommended hotel to go. Rating 4 out of 5.

convenient place to stay if u look forward to shop/dine/watch movies at IMAGO. because finding a parking spot is a hellish experience there.good service friendly and helpful staff. If u are early, u'll manage to park ur vehicle just in front of the hotel which is limited but free of charge *wiggles eyebrows* but if no parking spots left, don't worry they have basement parking which is paid parking

Spent a weekend Saturday night in KK Times Square Hotel, excellent for its strategic location, with a 24 hour restaurant just below the room. Orange Convenient Stores & Seven Eleven are both within five minutes walking distance.Car park can be arranged just right in front of the Hotel with RM15 for 24 hours. I would come back again and try the family room and Suite Room.

I booked and stayed in a Family 4 Pax room (2 King size bed, basic kitchen, bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and huge shower) Pro: +Near unlimited parking spaces in the basement but... (see cons) +Walking distance to Imago, Riverson SOHO, etc +Room super comfortable (Family 4 Pax), kitchen available, abd huge, huge bathroom! +Huge bathroom space, two sinks, bathtub and spacious shower with rain shower function. +Did I mention huge bathroom? I did, didn't I? Okay Cons -... But parking space near below the hotel can be tricky to find, its at C (Yellow color indicated on wall), you will find a small sign board on a lift lobby saying "KK TIMES SQUARE HOTEL". Go up the lobby to Ground Floor, turn to your left to reach hotel lobby. - no washer/dryer (would have been nice to have) - basic kitchen (microwave and snacks fridge provided), would bave been nice if included a basic induction cooker and a kitchen hood. Look somewhere else if you need a proper kitchen (like Klagan @ Riverson, My Misto Homestay, The Loft, etc) -No city view Overall a great and comfortable stay

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was comfortable and have clean facilities. The hotel is conveniently close to Imago, which has many restaurants and stores nearby. They even have paid parking, which is great because it saves you the hassle of finding parking in the busy area. This is a big advantage because the area around the hotel and Imago can get quite crowded. The parking charge for a day is RM15. However, on my first night at the hotel, at 3 am, I woke up because the customers next to the room were quite noisy and laughing causing us to be disturbed. The use of bells at that time was also quite inappropriate because we thought people were ringing our bells and because of that we had to get up and check our door. It would be nice if the hotel could set some rules to keep noise levels down after 10 pm. Also, the air conditioner in our room made a lot of noise. It probably needs some fixing or maintenance. Overall, it's a decent place to stay for its convenience, and comfort especially if you plan to do some shopping at Imago and the nearby area.

Great price. Good size room. Great location, right across Imago mall, short & safe zebra crossing to walk across. Note: if you're using GRAB to go elsewhere best to cross the street and have them pick you up at / right in front of UPPERSTAR restaurant. Might be a maps / app issue but drivers usually miss a turn and have to do another round to pick us up if we wait at the hotel lobby.

Very nice hotel. Just opposite the Imago shopping mall. Reception was nice and very cooperative. The room is nice and clean. The room's toilet also very clean and well maintained. Hot and cold shower. Though the furniture and fittings looked aged but still in good condition. All rooms are with window but cannot open. Unfortunately no breakfast, however there is a restaurant just beside the hotel and around it. Overall this is a good hotel. Well done.
